Role Description- Sales & Marketing Executive – Pune Location

Experience: 1–4 years

Industry: Building Materials / Interior Products / Construction Supplies

Reporting to: Business Head / Managing Director

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to lead sales and lead generation efforts in the Pune region. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the premium doors and frames segment. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits

•Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and dealers

•Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

•Share quotations and follow up until closure

•Coordinate with the central team for measurements, production, and deliveries

•Track and collect payments from clients as per the payment schedule

•Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and client interactions

•Provide weekly sales updates and lead conversion reports

Skills & Qualifications-

•Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in sales/marketing

is a plus.

•1–4 years of experience in field sales; experience in construction materials, interior products, or real estate preferred

•Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

•Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented

•Good networking and client-handling skills

•Familiarity with Pune geography and the local construction ecosystem

•Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in sales/marketing is a plus

•1–4 years of experience in field sales; experience in construction materials, interior products, or real estate preferred

•Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

•Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented

•Good networking and client-handling skills

•Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, email, and Excel

•Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily field travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
