Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Operation Theatre (OT) Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in assisting surgical procedures across multiple specialties. The candidate should be skilled in handling pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative responsibilities with a strong focus on patient safety, infection control, and surgical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgeries.
Prepare and sterilize OT instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
Maintain sterile field and adhere strictly to aseptic techniques.
Handle surgical instruments and equipment including:
Laparoscopic Surgery
Arm/Patient Positioning
Plastic Surgery
Cancer/Tumor Removal Surgery
Urological Surgery
Gynaecological Procedures
Maintain proper documentation of OT records and surgical inventory.
Assist in anesthesia procedures and monitor patient vitals during surgery.
Coordinate with nursing and surgical teams for seamless workflow.
Ensure infection control protocols and waste disposal compliance.
Manage OT drugs, surgical supplies, and emergency preparedness.
Required Skills:

Thorough understanding of surgical protocols across specialties.
Ability to manage and support patients before, during, and after procedures.
Proficient in sterilization and instrument handling techniques.
Strong knowledge of OT procedures and medical terminology.
Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
