Dance Instructor Job Description

The ideal candidate should have the ability to use creativity and enthusiasm to motivate, educate and help children discover their potential.

Dance Teacher Responsibilities:
• Teach children age 6 to 16 in an online setting with a focus on creating a fun and interactive environment.
• Humility and empathy are essential qualities to connect with younger children and ensure they feel comfortable learning.
• Developing creative activities and engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
• Ensuring students enjoy the course and stay motivated throughout.
• Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Conducting demo sessions with students and discussing ways to enhance their experience.
• Offering group and private lessons as required, tailoring the approach to meet individual needs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise.
• Relevant working experience in dance education.

Benefits:
• Competitive pay structure based on session numbers.
• A minimum guarantee of Rs. 4000 for the first month, increasing to Rs. 8000 for the second month and Rs. 12000 onwards.
