We are seeking a Strategic People Partner that plays a central role in driving transformation. You will provide high impact, forward thinking Strategic HR support to Tier 3+ business leaders. As a trusted HR professional, you will champion culture, talent, change leadership and organisational development across our Customer and Growth and Finance functions.

This is a new role in a refreshed People Partnering Structure. Within this role, you will deliver people strategies that support business success and long-term workforce resilience.

Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business partners to drive and deliver strategic workforce priorities
Lead organisational design, leadership capability and change readiness
A key liaison for assigned Tier 3+ Leaders
Engage and contribute to strategic capacity planning and succession management
Contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise level People Strategy project

We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in strategic HR partnering or Senior Advisory roles in complex, unionised environments
Change leadership and organisational development experience
Strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
