Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Career Counselor / Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the college and university selection process — both in India and abroad — and assist with admissions, applications, and profile building. A strong ability to research, communicate effectively, and coordinate with both students and internal teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on higher education options in India and abroad (UG and PG programs).
Assist students with college/university selection, application processes, and documentation.
Provide personalized guidance for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and other career streams.
Help students with profile building – identifying relevant certifications, internships, extracurriculars, and test preparation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission timelines, eligibility criteria, and application requirements across global and Indian institutions.
Communicate effectively with students through meetings, calls, and emails; resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and overseas education partners) to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Maintain and update student records using internal CRM tools.
Contribute to content creation for blogs, webinars, and student sessions when needed.
Conduct mock interviews, SOP reviews, and help students prepare for visa/college interviews.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student guidance.
Experience in NEET/JEE counseling and admissions preferred.
Familiarity with study abroad destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) and Indian universities (including private and competitive-entry institutions).
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi/Regional Language.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
