Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience: 7-15 years

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership. Design, develop, automate and deploy solutions.
Mentor the team, promoting peer design reviews. Define architectural landscape, including Salesforce integration with other systems.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders in Business and Product Management to gather and understand business requirements.
Translate requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions using Salesforce platform knowledge.
Development and Deployment:
Guide the team in implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and integrations.
Code implementation, Review code, provide technical guidance, automate and ensure efficient and high-quality development work.
Coordinate with peer technology teams, manage dependencies, and support successful solution deployment.
Lead modules end-to-end, taking ownership of planning milestones, timelines, stakeholder communication, and testing.
Participate in on-call rotation of engineers to maintain service availability.
Technical Excellence:
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Conduct code reviews, optimise performance, automate and troubleshoot complex issues.
Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Salesforce, delivering successful Salesforce solutions.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in Salesforce development, testing, automation, configuration, and customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience in technically mentoring a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications using REST APIs.
Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with System Monitoring and Observability solutions.
Good understanding of Devops and CI/CD.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
