Job Title: HR Generalist + HRBP

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at a leading MNC based in Pune, specializing in manufacturing for the GCC region.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess 14+ years of experience in HR generalist and HR Business Partner roles. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving strategic and operational initiatives that promote overall organization health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• HR Consultation: Provide forward-thinking HR consultation on strategic and operational issues by proactively assessing the work environment and culture, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
• Employee Relations and Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in areas such as employee relations, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure-related issues.
• Talent Planning and Development: Support the annual salary and bonus planning process and provide input into the development of the annual Talent Plan.
• Training and Development: Deliver training programs to employees and managers on topics including Performance Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
• Talent Council and Initiatives: Participate in or lead Talent council meetings and support talent initiatives across the function.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide HR-related data and reporting to leaders to inform data-driven decision making and strategy development.
• Corporate-Wide Projects: Collaborate on corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.
• Talent Acquisition Partnership: Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the organization's recruiting needs are fulfilled.
