We are seeking a talented and strategic Political Speech Writer to craft compelling, impactful speeches for big leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, a deep understanding of political issues, and the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences while aligning with the speaker’s voice and platform. This role requires creativity, research skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, persuasive, and engaging speeches for political events/campaigns, public appearances, debates, and policy announcements.
Collaborate with the candidate, campaign team, or political staff to understand goals, messaging priorities, and audience demographics.
Conduct thorough research on political issues, current events, and audience sentiments to ensure speeches are relevant and resonate with listeners.
Adapt tone, style, and content to align with the speaker’s voice, values, and political platform.
Revise and edit drafts based on feedback from the candidate, campaign managers, or communications team.
Create talking points, op-eds, press release and other written materials to support the candidate’s public communications.
Stay informed on political trends, public opinion, and emerging issues to craft timely and impactful messages.
Ensure all content is factually accurate, culturally sensitive, and aligns with campaign or organizational goals and ideology.
Work under tight deadlines to produce high-quality content for events, media appearances, or rapid-response situations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in speechwriting, political communications, or a related role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
Strong understanding of political landscapes, policy issues, and public opinion dynamics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
