Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Team Lead who brings positive energy, takes ownership of projects, solves problems with a cool head, and leads with care and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a small crew (2-3 painters) on interior, exterior, and popcorn removal projects
Managing job site setup, workflow, and cleanup to ensure professional presentation
Communicating effectively with customers and team members to keep projects on track
Troubleshooting and solving minor site issues independently and efficiently
Supporting a culture of care, accountability, and team success

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
