Roles & Responsibilities

1. Professional Appearance Maintain a smart appearance and adhere to grooming standards at all times.
Checklist & Email Communication Use checklists to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Communicate promptly and effectively through email with relevant stakeholders.
Complaint Tracker Maintenance Maintain a tracker for electronic security system complaints. Record details of complaints, actions taken, and resolutions.
Vendor Coordination Coordinate with security systems vendors (Saini, Tyco, MIPL, Boon Edam) for newinstallations, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM). Follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordination with Other Vendors Collaborate with Lantro, Cisco, JLL vendors for tasks under their purview. Ensure seamless communication and coordination for effective outcomes.
Daily CCTV Snapshot Sharing  Provide daily snapshots of CCTV functionality to BM/DBM.  Maintain a routine of sharing snapshots for monitoring purposes.
Project Work Coordination  Coordinate project work for new CCTV and ACS installations.  Ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting established timelines.
Branch Access Entry Approval  Coordinate and approve branch access entries as required.  Ensure only authorized personnel have access to the premises.
Quarterly PPM Assignment  Assign quarterly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities for security systemsequipment.  Ensure timely completion of PPM tasks. .
Service/PPM Report Maintenance  Maintain comprehensive service/PPM reports for all vendors.  Keep records of services performed, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Weekly Highlights and PS Data  Compile and send weekly highlights and PS data to management.  Provide concise and informative summaries for management review.
Daily CCTV Recording Status  Monitor and report the daily status of CCTV recording. Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and recording as expected.
CCTV Footage Requests  Process CCTV footage requests from SPOCs with prior approval from line managers.  Share requested footage with certified SPOCs as necessary.
OBA ATMs Alerts Data  Maintain data on OBA (Off-Site ATMs) alerts on a daily basis.  Monitor and record alerts for necessary actions.
Online Bank SPOC Support  Assist Online Bank SPOCs with queries related to CCTV functioning or redressal.  Provide necessary information and support promptly.
Vendor Coordination  Coordinate with internal and external vendors for smooth operations.  Ensure effective communication for timely resolutions.
Branch Camera Working Status  Verify and report branch camera working status to BM/DBM.  Ensure CCTV views and resolution meet CLIENT requirements.
IDS SPOCs Re-certification  Facilitate the re-certification of PAN India Branches IDS SPOCs.  Ensure SPOCs are updated and qualified for their roles.
BM/DBM CCTV Login Re-certification  Monitor BM/DBM CCTV logins and conduct re-certification as needed.  Ensure authorized access and proper login procedures.
CCTV Camera Password Re-certification  Conduct yearly re-certification of PAN India CCTV camera passwords.  Enhance security by regularly updating and maintaining passwords.
Adhoc Report Requests  Provide support for any adhoc report requests from staff.  Respond promptly and deliver accurate reports as required.
