We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile device repair and troubleshooting, with expertise in both Android and iOS operating systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, repairing devices, and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mobile phones, including hardware and software issues for both Android and iOS devices.
Utilize schematics to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with repairs.
Conduct software troubleshooting on various operating systems including MacOS and Windows.
Analyze device performance issues and recommend solutions or upgrades as necessary.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
Experience - Candidate must be able to perform board level work with more than 3 years experience.
Proven experience in mobile phone repair, preferably in a retail sales environment.
Strong knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems is essential.
Familiarity with computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to read and understand schematics related to mobile devices.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
