Whitfield Foodservice Equipment is a locally owned and operated company dealing with repair and maintenance of residential/commercial espresso and coffee equipment. We are currently looking for an espresso machine technician. We will provide all training in repair and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair residential and commercial espresso/coffee equipment.
Diagnose issues and create quotes for customers.
Complete work orders and generate invoices.
Assist with parts ordering/inventory
Provide in person and over the phone technical support.
Clean and organize shop/work station.
Sales of new and refurbished equipment
Requirements:

Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, as a large part of the job involves dealing with clients.
A knowledge of espresso and coffee is beneficial, as all machines must be cleaned and properly calibrated. (Previous barista experience)
mechanical/electrical aptitude is important, though no prior job experience in repairs required.
Applicant must be presentable and well spoken.
Schedule: +-5 Tuesday to Friday. Occasionally 10-4 on Saturdays if you're open to that.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
