Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Packing Operator to join our logistics team. The role involves accurately packing products, preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely shipments. The ideal candidate should be efficient, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack products according to order specifications and company standards
Label, seal, and stack finished packages for dispatch
Verify items, batch numbers, and quantities before packing
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the packing area
Coordinate with the logistics coordinator for daily dispatch schedules
Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
Assist in inventory counts and stock handling
Follow SOPs and quality guidelines strictly
Operate basic packing equipment if required
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent
Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred
Ability to lift and move packages (up to 20–25 kg)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
