Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream flavors while ensuring high standards of food safety and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a love for food preparation and a knack for time management, making sure that each batch of ice cream is made to perfection.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for various ice cream flavors.
Operate and maintain ice cream making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have about our products.
Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely production of ice cream while maintaining quality standards.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere and help during busy periods.
Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food preparation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing demands within the kitchen environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
