Food and Beverage Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.00 per hour
