Human Resources Co-op Student- Fall 2026

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for a Human Resources Student to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the Fall 2026 Work Term.


Working collaboratively with the HR Manager
Supporting site employees with all aspects of Human Resources functions
Preparing and maintaining employee files ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
Participating in special projects and initiatives

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Commerce and in good academic standing
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Curious and continuous improvement mindset
Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
Long-term interest in a Human Resources career
