Position: Eyelash Extension Artist
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
Compensation: Hourly Wage + Tips
Schedule: Appointment-Based — Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
We are seeking skilled, motivated, and passionate lash artists who are eager to grow within a supportive, elegant, and forward-thinking salon environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in eyelash extensions
Completion of a recognized Eyelash Extension Certification Program
Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Committed to ongoing professional development and participation in training and education sessions
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a respectful, gossip-free workplace
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality eyelash extension services tailored to individual client needs
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and follow-up
Uphold salon standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times
Actively engage in team meetings, education opportunities, and salon initiatives
