We are seeking a skilled and reliable Low Voltage and Structured Cable Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling systems, including structured cabling for data, voice, video, and security systems. Key responsibilities include pulling, testing, and terminating cables, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The technician should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in cabling installation and familiarity with tools and equipment are preferred.
Qualifications:
Experience with low voltage cabling and structured wiring systems.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have basic hand tools
Must have valid Driver’s License
Must be able to work on ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
