Profile: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Noida 68

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 years with good English communication

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects and tasks stay on track.

Facilitate seamless communication among team members, managers, and external vendors.

Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, timelines, and status trackers.

Assist in vendor coordination and marketing logistics — be it event planning, asset delivery, or campaign execution.

Prepare and distribute project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Offer general team support — from brainstorming assistance to deadline nudging — you're the go-to person who gets things done.

Key Skills:

1–2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role (internship experience counts too!)

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up Trello, Asana, Monday.com, is a definite plus.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
