Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IQF Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain the IQF freezing equipment. The ideal candidate should ensure efficient and hygienic operation of the machine to achieve optimal freezing quality while maintaining food safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, start, operate, and shut down the IQF machine as per the production schedule.
Monitor product quality parameters like core temperature, freezing time, and texture during operations.
Ensure that frozen products are processed within defined time limits to maintain product integrity.
Regularly inspect equipment for performance issues and report maintenance needs.
Maintain documentation of batch production records, machine settings, and downtime logs.
Clean and sanitize the IQF tunnel and surrounding area following sanitation SOPs.
Follow HACCP, GMP, and company safety standards throughout operations.
Collaborate with the maintenance and QA team to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate persistent problems to the supervisor.
Minimize product loss and optimize freezing efficiency.
Preferred Candidates:

Candidates from Noida, Greater Noida, or nearby industrial areas.
Experience in frozen food manufacturing or cold storage facilities with IQF unit.
Work Environment:

Working in cold condition with IQF operation (-18°C to -25°C)
Standing and operating machinery for long durations
Shift-based working hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
