Full job description
Responsibility:

· Ensure the continuous operation and availability of IT systems through proactive monitoring.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

· Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

· Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including configuration settings and network diagrams.

· Install, configure, and test new hardware and software components.

· Continuously monitor system activities and control access to ensure security and compliance.

· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve compatibility issues.

· Maintain and manage test environments to support development and testing activities.

· Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

· Implement security measures to protect IT systems from threats.

· Design and execute test cases to validate system functionality.

· Ensure thorough testing coverage for all system components.
