Our Digital & Business Solutions team holds a strategic responsibility to enhance, govern and manage RSL Queensland's capabilities across architecture, portfolio management, information security, data governance, digital delivery, and technology services, including software engineering, automation, and operations.

Some of the key role accountabilities include:

Work with the cross-functional teams to determine requirements for web development for projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and agree development solution with relevant stakeholders using agile and lean methods that focuses on maximising business value.
Implement solutions using agreed development practices and technologies to achieve business outcomes in a timely and supportable manner.
Provide estimates and flag risks and issues that can affect the timely delivery of web development capabilities. Participate in planning sessions as required.
Work closely with the Integration & Applications Manager and management to deliver business outcomes to agreed timescales and budgets.
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field is essential.
At least 5 years’ experience in a Web Development or equivalent role.
Demonstrated strong experience in developing Web and Windows Forms applications using Microsoft’s .NET Framework (C#) and Visual Studio, WCF Web Services, desire to have dotnet core experience.
Demonstrated solid experience in Sitecore Content Management System framework, ideal to have experience in Helix deign pattern, “Experience Editor” build pattern, Personalization and A/B testing.
Demonstrated good understanding in development work of Angular or React or similar type of Single Page App JavaScript Framework.
Demonstrated experience in development utilizing Web API, restful or SOAP APIs.
Agile/SCRUM development methodology.
