HR Manager
Location: Holton Heath, Dorset (with travel to Yeovil & Gloucester)
Salary: £40,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (8am–4pm, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team based in Holton Heath, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is excited by the idea of helping shape our people strategy across all sites.

The Role:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our HR function – employee relations and compliance. You’ll work alongside the HR Administrator, who is based at Percys. Travel to our regional locations in Yeovil and Gloucester will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations across all sites
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support line managers with performance management and employee development
Ensure compliance with employment law and company standards
Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and managing HR systems
About You:

CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Proven HR management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Yeovil and Gloucester
