Job Description

- Data Management & HRIS Leadership: You will own the integrity of employee data across the entire lifecycle, maintaining and auditing master data while championing the HRMS, including configuration, testing, and rollout.

- Performance Review Cycle Management: You will lead the end-to-end Performance Review Cycle, including eligibility, calibration, analysis, and budgeting, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.

- Payroll & Compliance Support: You will partner with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, track anomalies, and oversee flawless final settlements and statutory compliance.

- Process Development & Ownership: You will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical HR processes, ensuring adherence to internal workflows and hygiene checks.

- Employee Engagement & Admin Coordination: You will plan and execute engagement initiatives and collaborate with the admin team on office management to ensure a positive employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

- Global HR Operations Experience: 5+ years in global HR, including HRMS (Darwinbox preferred).

- Process and Data Management Skills: Proficient in data handling, payroll, audits, and compliance; able to analyze data for insights.

- Attention to Detail and Ownership: Focuses on accuracy and takes responsibility for process improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: Uses spreadsheets and data tools for decision-making.
