The Education Standards Board is recruiting an experienced Executive Support Officer. Located in the Adelaide CBD, this key role is ideal for someone with a proven background in providing administrative support to senior leadership and who is eager to contribute to a dedicated team.
This position will be a fixed-term 2-year contract within an agency focused on making a positive difference in the lives of South Australian children and young people.

Key responsibilities:

Management of executive calendars
Meeting bookings and travel arrangements
Comprehensive and confidential administrative support
Preparation of presentations and reports
Provision of supporting documents/papers
Records and file management
Correspondence and responses to sensitive information requests
Research support for projects where required
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

Proven experience in Executive Support
Strong time management skills
High level written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, One Note)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
