This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their marketing experience in a role that offers flexibility, and variety. The role is initially a
6-month contract
with ongoing with potential to become permanent as the business continues to grow.

As a Marketing Assistant within our Clinic Marketing team your role will be instrumental in supporting the marketing team to ensure we provide exceptional support to our clinic teams and support their acquisition and retention activity.

As Assistant, you will often act as the linchpin in the smooth operation of marketing activities, ensuring that the team is supported and that deadlines are met.

You will be heavily involved in marketing campaign and social media activation support while staying true to our purpose of Healthy Animals, Happy Owners.

About you

Previous experience in a junior marketing role or marketing qualification, ideally within a similar industry or working D2C
Familiarity with digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
Highly organised and confident communicator
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines
Experience with data entry and management
Basic understanding of data analysis and how to use data to generate meaningful reports

What you'll do

First point of contact for clinics and internal departments, managing the Marketing and Campaign inboxes and ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and passed to the right member of the team as appropriate
Updating and maintaining the marketing intranet with campaign information and assets, marketing support guidance and training documents
Ensuring marketing updates in The Loop (internal comms) are co-ordinated and submitted ahead of the weekly deadline
Support and maintain Google Business Profiles for clinics across network
Coordinate the onboarding and accessing individual clinic’s META profiles to the social media management platform (PinMeTo)
General administrative support for areas such as social media, media consents, Facebook ownership, clinic closures, relocations etc.
Support the tracking of marketing budgets and expenditure
Reporting on key areas of spend such as print activity and supporting the relationship with our external print provided.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Provide project support as required for the Clinic Marketing team and wider marketing team
