About Us
We are an innovative, growth-focused healthcare group that includes Medspa 501, IndyCare, and Progress Medical brands. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient experiences while staying at the forefront of healthcare, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across all three brands. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for three brands
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Manage content calendars and organic social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Create and support long-form and short-form YouTube video content
Guide teams on scriptwriting, photoshoots, and video production
Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO strategies including blog content
Manage email, SMS, and marketing automation workflows
Use or adopt AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, N8N) for content creation, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing
Analyze data, A/B test, and apply conversion optimization strategies
Who You Are
3+ years of marketing experience — ideally in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics
Strong track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Skilled in managing multi-brand marketing
Proficient in SEO, website maintenance, and social media content creation
Experienced or eager to work with AI tools and automation platforms (including N8N)
Based in North Carolina (required for occasional on-site meetings)
Preferred but not required
Experience in medical, wellness, or aesthetics marketing
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools
Experience producing long-form video content for YouTube
Familiarity with tools like Semrush, HotJar or automation platforms

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
