Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. This role offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a second job. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly.
Checking rooms and report any faulty facilites.
Process payments and manage billing accurately.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
Set up continental breakfast in the morning.
Requirements:
Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must be available to work every Tuesday, Wednesday.
