Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer | Production located in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:
• Work closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize seasonal collections.
• Develop design sketches, mood boards, and tech packs.

Production & Operations:
• Supervise daily production activities, manage tailor teams, and ensure QC.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee packaging, courier and logistics
• Coordinate with vendors and visit weaving clusters

Requirements:
• Minimum2 year of experience with reputed designer brands (preferably Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata).
• Deep knowledge of Indian textiles and embroidery techniques.
• Experience with garment construction, pattern-making, and team management.
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to weaving clusters and remote areas.
• Passion for craft, colour, detail, and slow fashion.
