Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is deeply committed to supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our regional communities.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse client base across Moora, Northam, and nearby areas, delivering full banking solutions tailored to the unique needs of each agribusiness.

We embrace flexible working—balancing the needs of our clients, our team, and your home life. You’ll work across the office, client sites, and remotely.

What You’ll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk

Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape
Excel in deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
