YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist. This is a hand-on, full time role, based in our Welshpool office. It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful applicant is fluent in Japanese and English, have Amazon Vendor Central experience and also has an understanding of the retail market in Japan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing Vendor Operations on Amazon.
Plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon Sponsored Ads) to improve ROI
Monitor Amazon campaigns, and complete budget reports on advertising spend
Communicate with Amazon support and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure product listings are correct and compliant
Communicate stock levels with Buyers to ensure stock is available for Amazon
Assist in coordinating promotional events on Amazon and tracking funding approvals
Assisting Marketing Team with various marketing duties
Create excel reports for key executives from our ERP system
Investigate export opportunities and requirements for Japan for a number of our brands and assist the Executive Team with implementing
KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES:

This position requires a person with:

Amazon Vendor Central experience
Understanding of the Japanese Retail Market
Fluent Japanese and English
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Marketing
Highly developed Excel Skills including using pivot tables, advanced charts and formulas
Triumph (ERP) knowledge is an advantage
A desire to make a positive impact on our company
A strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude, flexible and cooperative.
