Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician with expertise in facials to join our salon team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and client consultation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality facial services tailored to individual skin types and concerns, while ensuring an exceptional salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various types of facials including clean-ups, anti-aging, de-tan, brightening, acne treatments, and luxury facials
• Analyze clients’ skin types and recommend suitable skincare routines and services
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of tools and facial rooms
• Recommend skincare products based on client needs and salon offerings
• Educate clients on post-treatment skincare and maintenance
• Maintain client records and follow up for repeat services
• Stay updated on the latest facial trends, machines (e.g., hydrafacial, oxygeneo), and skin technology
• Assist in promoting and upselling salon packages and memberships

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a facial specialist or beautician
• Diploma or certification in cosmetology/beauty therapy from a recognized institute
• Hands-on experience with different facial techniques and skin analysis
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products and tools
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a team and meet salon standards

Salary: Competitive + Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,253.56 per month
