Property and Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Property Portfolio Management
Oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties across Warkworth and the greater Auckland region.
Conduct regular property inspections, routine maintenance scheduling, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
Tenant Relations
Manage tenant communications, addressing maintenance issues, lease renewals, and general inquiries.
Handle tenant selection, screening, and onboarding including reference checks and tenancy agreements.
Landlord Liaison
Provide excellent service and regular updates to landlords on property performance and tenancy matters.
Prepare comprehensive rental appraisals and recommendations.
Rent and Arrears Management
Ensure rent collection is timely and follow up on arrears according to company policy.
Prepare financial reports for landlords and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Marketing and Leasing
Advertise and show available rental properties across digital platforms and in-person.
Manage open homes, private viewings, and applications to ensure minimal vacancy.
Compliance and Documentation
Maintain up-to-date records in the property management system.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, insurance, and legal requirements.
Requirements:

Three years experience in business/management/ property leasing for or the minimum of a Diploma

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
