Partner with the global Digital Contact team to tailor strategies that drive NZ market success and commercial impact
Contribute to the development of the Omni-contact strategy to enhance digital sales execution and customer engagement
Develop and optimize email, journey, and SMS campaigns with aligned performance tracking and reporting

About You

Skills & experience required:

2-3 years’ experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder (essential)
Competent in analytics tools (e.g. SFMC reporting, PowerBI, Tableau) to measure and optimise campaign performance (desired)
Proven experience leading cross-functional digital transformation and system migration projects
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process design, change management, and aligning digital initiatives with commercial outcomes

Your Benefits

You'll get a fantastic package that includes:

Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends.
Employee Share Program – purchase a part of the business and get your shares matched up to $3000 per year
Access to our wellbeing program, that includes a gym subsidy, proactive healthcare, medical insurance, and EAP helpline.
Great employee experiences include competitions, conferences, recognition programs, giveaways, and product launches.
