Dental Assistant C 3 Dental Team, Permanent Fulltime position

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant your primary role is to support the Therapist in providing dental care to children from 6 months to 18 years of age, you will also provide administration support as required.

Auckland Regional Dental Service is a community based free dental service, with both hub clinics and mobile services, you will be working in the community with children, liaising with whanau, schools and other health providers

Work coverall and free onsite parking are provided; hours of work are 8:00- 4:30 Monday to Friday with the opportunity of some Saturday work.

A Dental background is advantageous but not essential as training is provided, however basic computer skills are expected.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our Central 3 Dental Team of 25 covers the east Auckland areas of Glen Innes, Pt England, Sylvia Park and Otahuhu, there is also and expectation to cover other teams as and when required. The role is varied and requires flexibility.
