I SUN GROUP is seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field marketing within the solar industry and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services.
Educate potential customers about the benefits and savings of solar energy.
Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, events, and local promotions.
Organize and participate in community events, expos, and trade shows.
Distribute marketing materials and maintain visibility in assigned regions.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Collect feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.
Report daily activities, leads generated, and market trends to the marketing manager.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, preferably in the solar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits (training can be provided).
Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
Proficiency in local language(s); English is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
