About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Business & Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Chengalpattu. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is enthusiastic about children's products, marketing, and business growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, supporting sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and contributing to brand visibility—particularly across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and explore new business opportunities and client partnerships
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
• Assist in developing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Conduct basic market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and product write-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams including design and sales to align marketing efforts
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on trends in the toy industry, educational products, and eco-conscious parenting

Candidate Profile
• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry
• Passionate about children's toys, educational products, and sustainable design
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using and managing content on social media platforms
