Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching Excellence Lead undergraduate courses in technology disciplines, developing curriculum that bridges theoretical foundations with practical applications. Mentor students in research projects, internships, and career development. Utilize modern pedagogical approaches including hands-on learning, project-based instruction, and industry partnerships.
• Research Leadership Conduct original research in emerging technology fields, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present at national and international conferences. Secure external funding through grants and industry partnerships. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on innovative projects that address real-world challenges.
• Service and Leadership Participate in departmental committees, academic governance, and program development initiatives. Serve as a reviewer for academic journals and funding agencies. Required Qualifications

Education and Experience
• Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in academia or industry
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level
• Strong record of scholarly publications and research achievements

Technical Expertise
• Expertise in one or more technology domains such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, or emerging technologies
• Experience with modern development tools, platforms, and methodologies
• Understanding of industry trends and their implications for education
