About the Role:

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business growth and development.
• Coordinate audits and ensure accurate financial documentation is maintained.
• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Higher Secondary, Secondary School, B.Com, or M.Com degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:

Our diamond factory is based in India, and this role involves working from the office. Face-to-face interviews will take place near Kiran Hospital, beside SRK Diamond Katargam, Surat.
