Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Pune. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive hotel bookings and revenue growth. Daily tasks include managing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Marketing knowledge and experience in creating promotional campaigns
• Excellent relationship management and client handling abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
