The role

At Crown Sydney, our success is a result of collective team effort. We are currently seeking dedicated Cooks to join our Nobu kitchen. The Cook will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service, ensuring exceptional food presentation and quality.

No sponsorship considerations at Cook, Commis Chef or Chef de Partie levels.

About you

Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous.
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
Self-motivated and adaptable
Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
Flexible availability to work any shift within a 24/7 schedule
