We have opportunities at our Christchurch plant for people with previous CNC programming and operation experience. Obviously if you have been working in glass industry, you will go the the front of the interview queue.

The Opportunity!

Guaranteed 40 hours
Shifts available;
5am - 1.30pm
2.30pm - 11.00pm (shift allowance provided for the afternoon shift)

What you will have or be:

Previous CNC programming and operation (a must!)
Confidence reading and interpreting drawings
Previous glass industry experience (advantageous)
Operating machines at full efficiency
Mechanical aptitude and approach to problem solving
Good attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
A great attitude and communication skills
A real team player
Proven technical mindset and capabilities
Strong health and safety focus (a given)
Great time management skills
An inquisitive nature - a willingness to learn and ask questions
A genuine passion to continue learning
Reasonable fitness to perform the physical requirements of the role
