SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders completing day-to-day HR operational work in recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leaves of absence, accommodations, and scheduling;
Lead benefits management, performance reviews, compensation research, vacation planning, HR policy revisions, health and wellness, equity, diversity and inclusion programs;
Accountable for data entry and integrity of all HR systems, tools, files, and documentation; Generate and
data-driven insights to increase HR team efficiency; and
As a member of the leadership team, provide recommendations to support business objectives and responsible for one direct report overseeing the professional support staff.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Five+ years of education and/or experience in HR or related field, CPHR designation is preferred;
Current and continuing knowledge of legislative compliance with respect to relevant employment, labour, and health & safety legislation as well as promising practices and trends in the field of HR;
Ability to maintain a high degree of professional judgment, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and discretion at all times;
Prior experience in a dynamic, complex, and nuanced Professional Services environment would be considered an asset
