Primary or Mandatory skills :-

API Management with Apigee (Edge & X)

· End-to-end API design and development using Apigee

· Proficient in OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, Spike Arrest, Quota, Service Callout, and KVM configuration

Java (Core & Enterprise)

· Proficient in Java 8–21, including OOPs, Collections, Multithreading

· Experience with J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Spring Boot, Hibernate

Good to have skills :

Cloud Platforms (GCP & AWS)

· Hands-on with Apigee X on GCP, IAM roles, Stackdriver (Cloud Logging)

· AWS services like EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager for hybrid deployments

DevOps & Containerisation

· Experience with Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, OpenShift, Docker, Helm

API Testing and Automation

· API testing using Postman, Swagger; unit testing with JUnit, REST Assured

Detailed Job description : -

Extensive hands-on experience in API management using Apigee Edge (Cloud) and Apigee X, including API proxy development, security policy implementation, traffic management, analytics, and monetization.
Proven experience in Apigee Edge deployments across Non-Prod, PPT, and Production environments, including build and release management.
Strong exposure to monetization configuration for various products and customer-specific setups within Apigee Edge.
Skilled in certificate management processes, including TPAM integration, Bamboo CI/CD pipelines, and SSL certificate updates.
Proficient in using Postman for API testing and automation.
Experience with code management tools such as GitLab and Stash.
Cloud platform expertise includes AWS and GCP.
Solid background in technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts, and database systems like Oracle and MySQL.
Expertise in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful Web Services, including tools like Swagger and Postman, and design using J2EE patterns and UML with Enterprise Architect.
Well-versed in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
Successfully led accessibility compliance initiatives, providing guidance and best practices to development and design teams.
Functional and Technical Design Development
Development, configuration and E2E Testing
Middleware Administration and problem/performance analysis and resolution
Debug, analysis, design and test of infrastructure
Resolve complex problems and constantly look to significantly improve processes and
programs.

Provided on call support and On-site support while deploying the project into production.
Guiding offshore & team member and solving issues on sort time.
Perform code review and peers pull request.
Writing a wiki page for development and project related.
Training for new joiner.
Develop, implement services as per the client requirement.
Review and approve program evaluations, results of health checks and audits to determine
projects’ profitability and to ensure business benefits within time frame and budget.

Work closely with direct clients’ managers to ensure that projects remain on schedule and
with Quality.
