Job description
• Job Title: Creative Associate – Marketing & Design
We are looking for a skilled creative professional to join our team as a Creative Associate. This role involves designing and maintaining product catalogs, brochures, and presentation decks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain product catalogs, brochures, and presentation decks
• Create stationery, labels, packaging artwork, and branding collaterals
• Plan and manage packshots, lifestyle shoots, and product photoshoots
• Develop social media creatives (Instagram stories, LinkedIn graphics, festive posts, etc.)
• Design POS materials like shelf-talkers, danglers, FSUs, banners, and in-store branding
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on campaign creatives for product launches, events, and trade shows
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG, F&B, or agency background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• A strong portfolio showcasing packaging, social media, and print designs
• Ability to handle multiple creative projects under tight deadlines
• Passion for visual storytelling and attention to brand detail
• Experience coordinating product photography or shoots is a plus
Bonus Skills:
• Video editing & motion graphics
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or 3D mockup tools
• Basic knowledge of print production and vendor coordination
