Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design and Retouching Expert to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on challenging projects and deliver high-quality results.

About the Role
As a Graphic Design and Retouching Expert, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and retouching images using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Your primary focus will be on editing InDesign documents and producing final PDF layouts according to provided samples and guidelines. You must be proficient in using essential tools such as the Pen tool in Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality graphic designs and retouched images using Adobe Creative Cloud applications Edit InDesign documents to produce final PDF layouts Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and retouching Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and retouching Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with design principles and color theory
