Licensed Life Insurance Advisor – Alberta

Advise with Heart • Empower with Expertise • Build a Career with Purpose

Who We Are

At Canadian House Partners, we’re changing the way Canadians experience financial guidance. By bridging life insurance with real estate and long-term planning, we offer practical, personalized solutions that help people protect what matters, plan ahead, and move toward homeownership with confidence. As our presence expands in Alberta, we’re seeking licensed Life Insurance Advisors who lead with care, think strategically, and are committed to meaningful impact.

The Role

As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll be more than a product provider—you’ll be a trusted financial guide. Whether it’s supporting families through income protection, preparing for retirement, or building multigenerational wealth, your advice will help clients take confident steps forward. You’ll have access to high-quality leads, digital tools, and a collaborative, supportive team so you can focus on what really matters: building trust and delivering value.

What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with clients to understand their financial goals, life stage, and personal priorities
Recommend tailored insurance solutions—term, whole life, and universal life
Provide financial education on key topics such as saving, risk management, and legacy planning
Foster long-term relationships built on consistency, clarity, and care
Maintain accurate, compliant records using digital CRM systems
Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory developments
Identify opportunities to expand your service through holistic financial guidance
What You Bring

A valid LLQP license and authorization to work in Alberta
3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial planning, or advisory services
A client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly
Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote client engagement
A values-driven mindset with a strong sense of purpose and accountability
What You’ll Gain

Uncapped earning potential with a competitive commission structure
A consistent pipeline of high-intent, pre-qualified leads—no cold calls
Access to ongoing mentorship, training, and development resources
A collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and impact
The chance to make a real difference in your clients’ lives and financial futures
Join a Team That Puts People First

If you’re a licensed advisor in Alberta who wants to do work that truly matters—while growing your income and your impact—we’d love to hear from you. At Canadian House Partners, we’re building more than careers. We’re building confidence, clarity, and community—one client at a time.
