Job Description

Head - Accounting and Tax Delivery, Consultancy, Mumbai City:
• Qualified CA would be preferred
• Candidates from Big Fours / Consulting Companies / Related Companies would be preferred
• Total experience of 18+ years in roles across Client Delivery - Accounting and Tax Operations, Indian GAAP, and related GAAP, Business operational development
• The candidate should have experience in P&L management (Profit and Loss), team management, and client management
• The candidate would be managing a team of approximately 10-15 DR and a total team of 450 FTEs
• The clients would be from multiple industries with a focus on India Region
• The role would involve occasional travel across various offices within India
• The role would be based in Mumbai, India | Hybrid Model
• Collaborate with the executive team to make efficient, full-scale company budgeting and financial forecasting operations.

The Successful Applicant

Head - Accounting and Tax Delivery, Consultancy, Mumbai City - A successful 'Head - Accounting and Tax' should have:
• Preferably a qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
• 18+ years of overall experience in finance operations delivery and a commercial bent of mind.
• Experience in team management, P&L management and senior stakeholder management.
