Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Builder’s Assistant to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced builders to help construct decks, sunrooms, and pergolas for residential properties.

Responsibilities:

Assist in framing, measuring, cutting, and installing materials
Load and unload materials and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Learn and grow in the trade under experienced supervision
Requirements:

Experience in construction or carpentry is an asset
We will train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a natural knack for building
Ability to safely use basic tools and equipment
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
