Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to construction and maintenance. This role involves working with hand tools, assisting in tiling projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks.
Assist in flooring installation, including laying tiles and applying caulking.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete building projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is preferred.
Knowledge of flooring installation techniques, including tile laying and caulking.
Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
